I need help from, or to find a reputable lactation consultant or this will be it for our bf relationship?

I say reputable b/c through La Leche League I found a leader and her group, I didnt know she was pretty new, she wasnt really helpful (at the beginning stages of bf about 4 wks when I had latch on issues). So Ive winged it since then w/my now 5mth old. Now out of nowhere my nipple is chaffed and was bleeding as I pumped last night. Talk about pain, shes also teething and if she latches on w/tension...the stars are beautiful. So...its a killer to nurse that side, thats her fav side of course! I just cant go on having my nipple pulverized lol, well really not funny...I need expert help or my next ques will be how to wean under 1 to formula, yes I know Im a big fan of bf benefits and Im a nursing student so I know all of the good it does no need for reminders, plus she hates formula the few times she has tried it so it would be all out war over here. My wits end is fast approaching. Can you help thanks.
