Bugs/Parasites that can burrow into skin?

My Grandmother has been complaining of Bugs that showed up everywhere after trees were cut down near her house. She then began getting bites and holes in her clothes from the bugs. She say they'll sometime burrow into her skin, and recently seen them in her stool. Im worried and her current doctor tells her she's delusional, even though she brings him the bugs in bags but does anyone know what this may be? as her granddaughter im worried and what this settled. She wont even visit anyone out of fear of spreading the bugs. any help would be appreciated
