Computer sound troubles, audio devices is gone, how do i get it back?

ok, im having trouble with my computer, its an advent desktop and it has no sound devices in control panel, sound, how do i get them back? i removed it think i could reinstall it but i'm having trouble with it. i also removed headphone device thing too so my head phones don't work. plz help guys.
