Is it breaking guidelines to ask a question and delete it and ask a similar one?

In my eyes i would think not as it was deleted by you' as you were not happy with it' and re did it but done a little different.You cannot probably do it exactly as they might then think your re posting after you had it up for the time allowed some people really go out of their way to report the nicest and fun questions ever' and it happens 24/7 to all of us here' and it totally sucks.
