Where is the diagnostic port on a Honda Prelude 97-01?

Its in an odd location on 95% of cars it would be under the steering wheel but in a 5th gen(97-01) prelude it is located on the penger side of the center console. where the carpet meets the plastic there is a carpeted peice that will pull off but be careful so it doesn't break.
