Why do companys hire foreigners to work on phones?

Um the company is most likely based in another country and its much cheaper to have a company in another country because they have to pay much less money. Rich people dont care about the countrys economy they care about making money for themselves and screw the rest of the country as long as theyre fine so yeah all they do is outsource jobs; its all part of the plan.
