Can i do this to my hair?

im a black 13yr old male and my 8th grade cl trip is on may 8,2009 and since im like the punkrock outgoing person outta all my friends. i plan on getting a mohawk cut, and i wanna know if i could get 09 on one side of m head and a paw on the otherside. my schools mascot is the tigers so...i also want to know if i could die it blue with the checkered type blue,black combo. IS IT POSSIBLE
