Shaub or Palmer for Week 1?

I know Shaub usually tears it up but he's going against Indie's D...Palmer is going against the Pat's D which has a weaker secondary, plus Palmer has another weapon to throw to with Owens, yet he really didn't do much in preseason, so I'm not sure.
