What are some good websites on regeneration?

I'm doing a project and need some reputable sources that have detailed information about regeneration of cells, neurons in particular. I know neurons are in the G0 phase of the cell cycle and do not go through mitosis, but any information would be greatly appreciated. I need to write up a proposed experiment on neuron regeneration, or at least that is what my group came up with. The experiment needs a question, hypothesis, negative control groups, experimental gorups, etc. Thank you.
