How to make wedding chair covers?

I want to make chair covers for my wedding reception. The building that I am renting provides banquet chairs, but they are an ugly green color. I need to find an easy and inexpensive way to cover the chairs completely. I don't like the covers that just cover the back of the chair. Any ideas?
