Since Obama and Hugo Chavez have almost identical Political Ideologies.should we just Elect Chavez?

At least then we get someone with experience.Of course there's that pesky little thing in the Constitution about Presidents being born in America. But since we're already willing to Elect a Socialist,why worry about what the Constitution says?
