I need help with Return to Ravenhearst!! Please!?

I'm stuck! I'm trying to free the twin's but I'm stuck. I erased the paint on the chalkboard, and I also managed to get a jar with the oil in it and then I went back outside to the well and got a knife...went back and sharpened it..but now I'm stuck...I dont have a key yet for the elevator...havent figured out what's up with that house either. I also noticed that there may be a little boy, but i cant figure out what his name is and I'm still missing another letter to the typewriter to open that other door. IF anybody knows where I'm at, Please help!!
